The Road to Hollywoood Known for her work as a motion picture gallery and unit photographer, Rebecca Sandulak has contributed to over fifty independent and studio productions across Canada. Her love of photography began at the age of eight when a 110mm point and shoot camera was presented to her as a gift from her aunt. By the time Rebecca was eighteen she had written extensively in her journals that she wanted to live life as a photographer, but always questioned how such a goal would be achieved. Fourteen years later, Rebecca is a working professional. Multiple publications from around the world showcase her impeccable work. Her keen eye and attention to detail is apparent in her images, often featured in movie posters, soundtracks, magazines, and novels. Rebecca’s unique style helps shape her personal images of the world, which is why her photographs instill a range of emotions in all who see them. Artist statement: "The Road To Hollywood" features portraits and paintings paying tribute to my daydreamer attitude as a prairie girl who loves filmmaking and its dynamic characters. Collaborating with talented actors, makeup artists, hair stylists, and costumers, helps shape the photographic concepts and makes my portrait vision a reality.
