Dr. Ducky and his colleague from Los Angeles, Hetty, are off to Canada to attend a conference with the Royal Canadian Navy Investigative Services, where they run into a spot of trouble. Ducky is accused of committing murder and has been given until the end of the conference tonight to prove his innocence. Leroy assembles as many team members he can on short notice... Special Agents - DiNozza, Ziva David and forensic specialist Abby are all on board. The Canadian Government is not thrilled with the idea of American investigators getting involved and the team has agreed to conduct the investigation covertly.
