Hybrid Human Hybrid Human, is a collaborative program that was spearheaded by nationally acclaimed painter Wanda Koop, with contemporary dance performer and choreographer Jolene Bailie, sound artist Susan Chafe, and photographer Hugh Conacher. The GSAC installation features Conacher’s photographs which meld Wanda Koop’s artwork with the real-life form of contemporary dancer Jolene Bailie. Hybrid Human presents an investigation of artificial intelligence, robotics, and the human body’s integration and understanding of our technologically mediated world.
